YOUR ROLE
The Compensation and Benefits leads, supports and collaborates with the Human Resources Community within the Cluster to deliver compensation and benefits services and projects. He/she ensures the compensation and benefits operations and initiatives are in line with the Regional policies and guidelines.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To collaborate with the business to fully understand requirements and challenges, then propose and implement compensation and benefits strategies to deliver against agreed key performance indicators.
To oversee the Cluster compensation and benefits structure and participate in competitive market research to help establish effective pay practices and systems.
To monitor announcements of relevant labor laws and ensure the compliance of our HR policies with requirements.
To oversee all compensation and benefits related employee activities including remuneration review, issuing of contracts, updating related systems and liaising with relevant stakeholders
To measure and communicate the compensation and benefits solutions and services within the Cluster.
To evaluate and administer any relevant employee benefits programs including retirement plans, insurance policies and housing benefits etc.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
Adequate knowledge of current local labour rules and regulations
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
