Description
Compensation and Benefits Specialist Job Requirements:
Degree holder majored in Human resources Management or related disciplines
With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits administration in a MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Familiarity with Philippine labor code.
COMPENSATION SERVICES
Implements the company's performance management system and rewards and compensation programs;
Makes studies/recommendations on any salary or wage adjustments based on government directives or performance evaluation policies;
Networks with other HR professionals within the same industry for bench marking and sharing of best practices;
facilitates the conduct of periodic performance evaluation based on the set parameters;
Keeps abreast with all new wage orders to ensure timely implementation by Payroll Section
Endorses/recommends change of employee status, salary increase, and movements such as lateral transfer or promotion, temporary deployment, and other related matters
Prepares and processes human resources documents and time records for Payroll Section's use
Initiates resolution of any conflict or problem related to salaries or wages and their administration
BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
Manage the company's employee benefits program
Ensures compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting with SSS, Philhealth & HDMF;
Maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
Maintain different schemes of the variable remunerations (SIP , discretionary bonus, STI )
Compiles benefit data and prepares monthly summary reports;
Maintains and updates required information relating to benefits administration using the company Payroll System
communicates to all employees all information with regards to benefits administration and/or updates
Assist in development of new or revises policies and procedures to ensure consistency in benefit administration.
