- Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or Finance.
- With 2-5 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits administration
- Experience in using HRIS
- Good understanding of the benefits matrix and salary survey
- Familiarity with Philippine labor code.
- Exhibits character and values necessary to perform function well.
- Strong personality, able to influence and work together with various stakeholders across the company.
- Experience working in a manufacturing company
