Description
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities
COMPENSATION SERVICES
Assist and support HR Manager in ensuring all components of remuneration program are delivered accurately, timely and in a cost-effective manner.
Makes studies/recommendations on any salary or wage adjustments based on government directives or performance evaluation policies;
Ensure all employee data and filings are kept up-to-date, in line with legal requirements and internal company procedures.
Networks with other HR professionals within the same industry for benchmarking and sharing of best practices;
Keeps abreast with all new wage orders to ensure timely implementation
Endorses/recommends change of employee status, salary increase, and movements such as lateral transfer or promotion, temporary deployment, and other related matters
Provide C&B expert views across our HR, Tax and Finance
Initiates resolution of any conflict or problem related to salaries or wages and their administration
Provide advice and make decisions on complicated payroll cases within the stipulated service standards and ensure that confidentiality of payroll data is safeguarded at all times
Assist in preparation of annual budgeting, Increment and Bonus simulation and preparations.
Maintain and ensure the timely submission of monthly report to the HR group.\
Administer the timely update of the PMGM list
Maintain and update the SF and central module
BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
Ensures compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting with SSS, Philhealth & HDMF
Maintains records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data transfers and performance appraisals.
Maintain different schemes of the variable remunerations (SIP, discretionary bonus, STI)
Compiles benefit data and prepares monthly summary reports\
Maintains and updates required information relating to benefits administration using the company Payroll System.
Communicates to all employees all information with regards to benefits administration and/or updates.
Assist in development of new or revises policies and procedures to ensure consistency in benefit administration.
Qualification:
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
With at least 2-5 years of work experience in Compensation and Benefits administration
Experience in using HRIS
Good understanding of the benefits matrix and salary survey
Familiarity with Philippine labor code.
Exhibits character and values necessary to perform function well.
Strong personality, able to influence and work together with various stakeholders across the company.
Must have strong background in manufacturing company/ies
Proficient in using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Applicant must be willing to work in Gerona, Tarlac
