Compensation & Benefits:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs, including salary structure analysis and budgeting.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all C&B practices.
Administer benefits programs and keep them up to date with industry trends and cost considerations.
Manage C&B projects and provide analytical support for salary benchmarking.
Bonus Management:
Oversee monthly bonus accruals in collaboration with Finance and Compliance for Asia.
Manage the MyComp system during annual bonus reviews.
Review and benchmark bonus targets against market data annually.
Merit Management:
Conduct yearly compensation studies for employee competitiveness.
Administer the MyComp system during annual merit reviews.
Propose Country Merit Budget adjustments based on salary trends, GDP, and inflation.
Coordinate with Regional and Country HR for merit and bonus reviews.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Ensure accurate and timely employee pay processing.
Administer government-mandated benefits and update related information.
Manage company benefits, including health plans, insurance, clothing allowances, and parking allocations.
Implement payroll best practices, respond to queries, and produce relevant reports.
Monitor employee attendance, tardiness, and absences.
HR Information System:
Maintain HR system data accuracy and conduct regular audits.
Assist in HR reporting and data analysis.
Employee Recognition:
Coordinate employee recognition programs and gifts.
Labor Relations and Employee Discipline:
Address minor employee concerns and liaise with government agencies.
Document and update company policies.
Government Compliance:
Ensure compliance with various government requirements, including registrations and permits.
Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S):
Comply with OH&S requirements and promote a safety culture.
Support OH&S policy implementation and compliance.
Monitor OH&S performance, conduct inspections, and maintain training programs.
Stay informed about OH&S matters and actively participate in audits and corrective actions.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
Proficiency in contemporary computer software, including Microsoft Office.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Required Work Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Rewards management.
Experience in the service industry is advantageous.
Required Qualifications:
Completed Tertiary Qualification, preferably in any HR discipline or related field.
