The Role
 
The Compensation and Benefits Manager will take overall responsibility to plan, design and drive the implementation of total rewards strategy and programs for the Company which include, among others, compensation and benefits program, wellness program, and recognition program.  This role will make sure compliance, competitiveness and sustainability are among the guiding philosophy when designing total rewards programs.  The position will also handle HR analytics by transforming HR data into business insights that will enable better and data-driven business decisions.  The position will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). 
Key Job Responsibilities
Develop the company's Total Rewards program structure.
Conduct total rewards research through external compensation and benefits survey companies and associations.
Analyse information and data, present findings, and make recommendations to stakeholders in a manner that is well-structured and concise.
Spearhead review of existing pay structure and make innovative and sustainable recommendations.
Evaluate and recommend compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
Conduct job evaluation and review, as needed. 
Review, update, design, and communicate policies and procedures related to Total Rewards.  
Serve as the point of contact of external compensation and benefits survey companies.
Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance.
Monitor trends and industry practices by participating or initiating benchmarking activities. 
Ability to exercise judgement and discretion in dealing with confidential HR and business data. 
Utilize HR analytics to enable decisions, improve HR processes, and foster overall employee experience.
Requirements to Succeed
Graduate in Business, Accounting, Human Resources or related course.
At least 8 years of solid work experience in Compensation and Benefits.
With knowledge and experience working with survey data e.g., Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, Radford. 
Must be a team-player who can effectively work in a multi-generational environment.
Comfortable working with and presenting business cases to Senior Management. 
Has outstanding track record as a human resource generalist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to juggle and manage competing priorities.
Thinks outside the box and innovative.      
Nimble and resilient.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.      
Assertive, courageous, and output oriented.  
Proficient in the use of MS OFFICE (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
