Qualifications
⢠Bachelorâs Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent.
⢠Working in the Head/Main Office HR Department of top 10 Local Banks or Foreign Banks in the Philippines is required in this position.
⢠Extensive experience of at least 5 to 8 years in the field of Human Resources specifically in Compensation and Benefits or in Total Rewards facets.
⢠Adept knowledge in performance evaluation, merit increase scheme and promotion procedure.
⢠Experience in coordinating with the HR Consulting companies or with the same project related to the work description is required
