Job Description
Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the Flash Express systems and compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations Upkeep of Government-mandated benefits.
Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration or related field
At least 2 year experience in compensation and benefits
Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practice
