Job Summary:
Implements compensation and benefits services in accordance with company policies and government regulations. Oversee and administer the employee's perfect rewards and smart benefits. Compensation & Benefits Specialist will assess personnel needs and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strictly observes all company rules and government regulations, in the implementation of compensation and benefits for all employees in the group.
Administers the employee benefits and services program such as leaves, hospitalization, medical services, etc.
Maintains and update the changes of employee records in the HRIS System.
Ensures correctness of computation of company advances on approved SSS/EC/Maternity Benefits, payment request and billings
Ensures proper custodianship and safekeeping of all office equipment in area of responsibility.
Verifies and accommodates employment verification and background investigation of separated employees
Maintains liaison with government agencies in line with personnel services e.g. SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth benefits, payroll etc.
Monitors timekeeping activities of Makati-based Supervisor and Rank-file employees and ensures that all supporting documents of payroll are properly filed.
Timely dissemination of information on company benefits, rules and regulations regarding Personnel Services and Human Resources related activities through announcements or memorandums.
Generates time and attendance record of employees, check Overtime/under time entries leaves and forward to accounting for payroll.
Submits monthly accomplishment report.
Qualification:
Minimum of two (1) year experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits
Graduate of any four-year course. Psychology / Behavioral Science / Management and Accounting is a plus.
Must be analytical, self-propel with initiative to see things get done.
Must be thoroughly knowledgeable on confidentiality and security of work.

Can manage to work under pressure and has sense of urgency
Computer literate must know how to operate office machines and equipment.
Willing to work onsite in Makati
Amenable to work Monday - Saturday working schedule
