We are looking for a Company Nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our employees.
 
The company nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treatment of resultant illness or injury.
 
This is a full-time role, Night Shift, and on a Work in Office (WIO) set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct health assessments, first aid interventions, and administer basic medical care
Develop and implement health and wellness program for employees
Conduct health-related workshops and training sessions
Ability to accurately maintain and update HMO records for all employees
Coordinate with HMO providers to facilitate employee healthcare benefits and claims processing
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care
Coordinate with external medical facilities for urgent cases
Establish and maintain emergency response protocols
Collaborate with HR and management to develop return-to-work plans for employees on medical leave
Monitor HMO availment and ensure timely processing of claims
Provide assistance to employees regarding HMO inquiries and concerns
QUALIFICATIONS:
Registered Nurse with a valid license
Previous experience in occupational health or a similar role is preferred
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong knowledge of HMO policies, procedures and benefits
