Professional Qualification (s): Bachelor's/College Degree BS NURSING, Licensed Nurse. At least 3 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Medical Assessment to employees.
Provide First Aid
Ensure Medical Care and rehabilitation of occupationally ill or injured personnel on warehouse.
Safe keep, monitoring and ensuring availability of medicines and other medical supplies.
Provide Health teaching on co- workers to ensure Safety Standards are met.
Dispensing proper medicine to employees as needed.
Assist in creating incident reports.
Helps in NTE issuance and Notice of Disciplinary Action
Support HR Manager in Admin Investigation.
Assist in generating Tardiness report
Help ER Supervisor in DOLE Compliance.
In- charge in receiving resignation of employees and information to head office.
Conduct Exit Interview to resigned employees
Help to retrieve accountabilities of resigning employees.
