Basic Job Requirements:
Registered Nurse
Single/Married
1 -2 years work related experience
Computer Literate
Preferably with BOSH Training
Honest and hardworking
Job Specification:
 
1. Company Nurse
Assist Company Doctor in time of visit in the company/clinic (at least once a week), to cater to medical concerns of the employee.
Provides medical services in the workplace during an emergency (First aid, treatment);
Assist all injured employees to the nearest hospital;
Administer over-the-counter medication to employees;
Replenish medical supplies; monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
Responsible for clinic equipment and supplies.
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential;
Monitor and record the patient's medical condition;
Maintain all employees medical and other similar records, and ensures that policy on retention of said documents are implemented.
Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate;
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates;
Plans and implements the annual medical examination and executive check-up including eye check-up of regular employees.
Generate medical reimbursement of employee/s under Life and Health (HMO), if any;
Submit list of employee/s details for HMO coverage including employee's dependent/s (New & Renewal).
Updates bulletin board posting on recent Health issues and employees welfare, if any.
2. Benefits In-charge
Administering and reporting of Mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth & HDMF Pag-ibig Fund).
Assist employees' Concerns such as:
Posting of contributions to all mandated benefits
SSS Sickness benefit claims
SSS Retirement, Death & Burial Benefits
SSS loan application & posting
HDMF Pag-ibig Fund loan application
Philhealth availment (confinement)
Maintain & monitor the photocopies of all forms (SSS, Phil Health HDMF) needed by the employee.
Submit necessary documents to the Mandated Gov't. Offices.
Attend Seminars related to Health or the Mandated Gov't. updates, if any.
File all leave forms of employees.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Process and submit Salary Loan, sickness notification, and Reimbursement of sickness thorough (online/walk-in) to the SSS and Pag-ibig for Employees.
Assist Employees with inquiries and complaints about posting Salary loans and calamity loan payments in SSS and Pag-Ibig and others.
Prepare and submit SSS Contribution remittance and Salary/Calamity Loan Payment to accounting.
