Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and validate marketing collaterals (brochures, videos, newsletters, web banners...) through communication libraries, provide positive feedback and identify areas for improvement for internal stakeholders, before publication on global or local channels when asked for assessment.
Maintain the chatbot, Comms hub and other Communications SharePoint site.
Identify efficiencies in the processes, and lead working sessions with the Design studio to implement joint improvement actions
Manage the [Protected Info] mailbox, on behalf of the Corporate Communications team, and promptly respond to inquiries. When necessary, collect additional information, and to take context and cross-cultural aspect into account. Re-direct to other team members if necessary
Maintain and upgrade the intranet pages and Communications teamsite on SharePoint O365 to make them useful resources for our communications community
Create news on the intranet, including Staff Announcements
Keep contact lists up-to-date on SharePoint and Outlook (Communications Community (-350 members, across the globe, and Managing Directors)
Manage the onboarding process when a new member joins the Communications Community
Provide support to review the Group organigrams
Identify best practices among the assets, create regular highlights to inspire others, and promote these best practices on different channels, including our internal social network, Yammer.
Organize and host short and engaging webinars to make our Communications tools more accessible. Create tutorials (video demos).
Export metrics from our different channels and tools to assess & improve performance of our campaigns
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as defined by management
REPORTING LINE
Direct line to Head of Global Communications Community & Projects, as part of the global Brand and Corporate Communications team
Qualifications
PROFILE
Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Design/Marketing/Advertising or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in doing online copywriting, SharePoint content management, basic video production and editing, project coordination, and corporate communications work
