Description and Requirements
The Online Reputation Specialist (ORS) is responsible for monitoring and recording conversations about the AI Community brand on various online channels using different social listening tools.
Create online accounts that will be used to track, monitor and respond to brand mentions if necessary.
Assess brand mentions if they are positive, neutral, or negative.
Assess negative brand mentions if they are low, medium, or high risk.
Record brand mentions on a mastersheet for reporting, recordkeeping and review.
Tag medium and high risk mentions for recordkeeping and escalation.
Willingness to be trained in using work-related tools.
