We want to fill this position with an extremely commercial enthusiast who shares our vision of "creating a better everyday life for the many people".
Your assignment
To support the commercial team in steering the IKEA Home Furnishing, Services and Food businesses towards growth, optimal performance and sustained long-term profitability.
Compiling data & insights for use in sales steering analysis from all channels for omnichannel commercial performance follow-up.
Compiling competitor monitoring updates for Sales leaders use, including support with updating competitor information and price distances.
To provide commercial support in IKEA sales planning and pricing administration process.
Perform selling administrative tasks supporting range dimensioning, commercial activities, range management & ensure commercial support tools, reports & monitoring are accurate & updated.
Ensure & verify accurate product range information in our internal and external communication selling tools.
Support in maintaining selling tools. Eg. Range status in Navision and Range knowledge on the go app.
Business partner towards the commercial team and supporting them to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
Your profile
Good to have IKEA range knowledge, commercial priorties and IKEA business processes, tools and cycles.
Understand how sales and gross margin is optimized in the different IKEA sales channels.
Strong analytical skills in translating business needs and external trends into financial solutions and business opportunities.
Strong communicator, higly motivated and able to work independently
Passionate about people's everyday life at home and in how IKEA home furnishings reflect this.
