Job Description:
The Whole Sale Loan Operation Insurance team services Middle Market, Commercial Term Lending, Global Wealth Management Investment Banking and Business Banking lines of business. The Act prohibits federally regulated lending institutions like JPMC from making, increasing, renewing or extending Loans secured by a Structure (and Contents, where applicable) located or to be located in a Special Flood Hazard Area ("SFHA") as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency ("FEMA") in a Community participating in the National Flood Insurance Program ("NFIP"), unless the Structure and, where applicable, the Contents, are covered by adequate flood insurance at all times during the term of the Loan. In order to comply with the Act, JPMC must determine whether a real estate secured Loan will be secured by a Structure in an SFHA as set forth in these procedures. If so, the Loan is a "Designated Loan" under the Act and is subject to additional obligations described herein
Roles & Responsibilities
Review loan transactions to ensure proper documentation, collateral, and other regulatory documents are in place.
Ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed and updated on a timely basis
Resolving queries sent by the Business Partners/ officers
Taking active participation in process improvement and automation
Ensure adherence to Quality Control standards established in the function from time to time
Skill sets
· Bachelor's degree ( 1-2 yrs of experience)
· Loan processing or Flood Insurance related experience is desirable
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must have ability to work quickly and accurately in high pressure environment
· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
· Ability to Multi-task to meet deliverables
· Flexibility to work in any shift timings
