Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll
Assist in forwarding list of resigned employees to AP and Purchasing for any outstanding and pending asset accountability
Assist in forwarding list of resigned employees to Timekeeping team for checking of unpaid days and TK-related adjustments
Assist in computation of Final Pay
Assist in any ad hoc works related to payroll
Administrative Efficiency
Performs other tasks that may be assigned and determined by his/her immediate superior and/or top management
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/ Accounting or its equivalent
Computer Literate - good in excel
Good Communication skills, Keen to details and result oriented
Strong ability to multi task and work on tight deadline
At least 2 years working experience in Payroll/General Accounting and/or Finance, Audit
