The APAC COE team believes in a #GoGetIt approach. Our successes are attributed to our people who are relentless to help others in any way we can. We handle critical concerns from safety to escalations, and make sure that the resolution matters to the customer - making each member an eventual promoter of Uber. As an Eats Special Projects team member, you will work efficiently and effectively through our various projects to drive top results for our Merchants and the Eats Program, with accuracy and timely resolution. The Eats Special Projects team will work to coordinate and facilitate case resolution according to the playbook set up by our partners.

Your Impact in Role:
Support Merchants and caters to special project requests by our stakeholders through various support modalities which may include inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, and tickets.
Ensure that the merchants on our platform are following the UberEats legal and non-legal guidelines.
Review and audit the items on the merchant's menu.
Process the requests from Account Manager to add or update the bank information of our merchants.
The Experience You'll Bring:
Work experience in high energy, productive environment
Excellence in both written and spoken English with exceptional comprehension and writing skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to connect effectively what users are asking for with answers to their true issues
Work experience in customer-centric industries (ex. Hotels, airlines, banking) is preferred
