Requirements:
Has knowledge / Experience in telnet tool, such as PUTTY, ATTACHMATE, or, HUMMINGBIRD EXCEED
Can configure NAT, perform IP re-addressing activities
With experience in using Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Perform level one diagnostic tests & procedures
Perform router/switch network hardware/software upgrades
Responsibilities:
Timely troubleshooting network outages
Securing, stable and reliable connectivity of all Cloud, LAN, and WAN networks
Provide accurate and creative solutions for various supporting departments and teams
Maintaining detailed documentation and publishing where applicable
