Job Descriptions
Provide daily level 2 7x24 technical support in Citrix VDI, Windows & VM platforms
Escalated the case to L3 Infrastructure/application team if need
Perform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc...
Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning.
Provide advice and consultancy service to project/ R&D team with system architecture design.
Prepare and maintain technical documentations and report.
On-call support required to provide support services as required
Responsible for investigating and diagnosing production issues
Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance
Requirements:
Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline;
Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus
Strong technical knowledge and experience with Citrix VDI Solution.
3 years relevant working experiences in Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp, VMware, Wintel server * Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable
Self-motivated, quick learner, Can-do spirit and able to work under pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowing in AIX/HPUX is a plus
Willing to work night shift & and on public holidays
