Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities: (include specific functions/tasks/performance objectives but not limited to)
Receive treasury service maintenance and account closing requests via Deal Manager from NA Implementation and NA service for NA client's US accounts
Process maintenance requests in modifying or deleting products/services/accounts for Treasury Services clients
Act as central point of contact and coordinate with partners within the firm (i.e., Service, Operations and Sales) to ensure completion of implementation and documentation requests within agreed upon timeframes
Ensures delivery of maintenance and account closing activity to be completed within established service level agreements.
Process requests efficiently to maintain a current portfolio and ensure aged items are escalated appropriately
Ensure all assigned requests are processed on the same day
Work closely with Service, Operations and other Implementation Support team members
Respond to internal queries from Service/Operational partners
Prepare ad-hoc and other ongoing reports.
Training: Ensure all required training are taken
o Individual development training as required by LOB
o Product Training
o Enterprise release training
o Risk and Compliance training
