Business Overview:
The Global Fund Services ("GFS") group serves the worldwide securities needs of asset mangers, pension funds and central banks. Newton
Newton is an in-house, agile developed Workflow Management Tool. It defines, creates and executes simple to complex work flows best suited to a repeatable process-driven environment. Currently, there are around 4,500 users of the application globally.
Newton Business Support Team (Mumbai and Manila)
The primary objective of this team is to provide support to Newton Users across regions. They analyse and execute onboarding work flows into Newton, process Change Requests on the set-ups of an existing process and provide 24/5 business support to the Operations team by attending to their queries and issues. Within this role, there will be a need to work with multiple stakeholders. The stakeholders and other partner may be based out of Mumbai / Manila or other global locations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and maintenance of workflow and processing the changes as requested by end users as per instructions of the Service Recipient. Major activities include the following:
Analyze and create process work flow for new process onboarding and manage them through to successful implementation
Analyze and execute changes for existing work flow to make it more efficient
Interact with multiple stakeholders within global operations and projects teams
Regular stakeholders communication and timely escalation
Ensure requirements for Operational readiness are fully understood and agreed
Ensure operational sign off and readiness for all implementations
Support the development and roll out of training
