Job Description:
Responsibilities will include:
· Review and approval of encryption keys and certificates submitted by clients for renewal or new implementation.
· Notifying clients that have keys or certificates with approaching expiration dates.
· Accurately tracking the status of credentials that are pending renewal and details of processed requests.
· Partner with dedicated service to ensure awareness and client engagement on at risk renewals.
· Support the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and training materials.
· Partner with technology on the development of tools and services used in the renewal process.
· Escalation to senior leaders to address issues with high sensitivity.
· Ensure that client satisfaction and confidence in JPMorgan Chase products and services are at or above departmental standards.
· Maintain and regularly test the controls implemented to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent activity.
· Be available during off hours for emergency approval requests.
Qualifications:
· Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and SharePoint.
· Able to work on holidays and outside of normal coverage times as needed.
· Be self-motivated and self-managing, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision making.
· Able to perform a broad range of tasks and project assignments concurrently through effective prioritization of work.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Effective time management and organizational skills
· Strong spoken and written communication skills.
· Able to translate complex technical information into simple terms.
· Ability to communicate and consult with clients concerning highly sensitive information
· Able to build and maintain good working relationships with business partners and technology.
· Knowledgeable of Treasury products and services.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
· Working knowledge of various FTP communication technologies.
· Working knowledge of FTP transport and payload security technologies.
