Reporting directly to the Japanese Nominee (SVP) acts as the Chief Financial Ffficer of the company with overall responsibility for all financial matters such as financial accounting, management information system, taxes, regulatory compliance, liaison with internal & external auditors and company examiners among others.
Provides Management with well-formulated plans and programs to improve the company's profitability.
Responsible for the effective enforcement and implementation of company's policies and directives as well as for directing and coordinating the activities of the assigned area of supervision.
Assists the Japanese Nominee (SVP) in his day-to-day tasks/activities, handles special projects and chairs committees as may be assigned by the Japanese Nominee (SVP).
Signs office correspondence/memoranda and approves/countersigns transaction tickets and other related documents within authorized limit.
