The Chat Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers of our eCommerce platform.
This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as experience in the eCommerce industry.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via chat
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Process orders and returns
Maintain accurate customer records
Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies
Work independently and as part of a team
Meet or exceed customer service goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Can start ASAP and willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Open for fresh graduate and non BPO experience.
Good communications skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Technical Support experience is a plus
