About the Job
Accurately and efficiently assign diagnosis codes to healthcare encounters.
Assign ICD-9-CM and/or ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes as per Official Coding Guidelines, CMS 2008 Participant Guide and client-specific guidelines
Correct errors identified through quality assurance audit process, including a re-review of charts that may contain similar errors
Complete and data enter assigned reviews on a daily basis
Maintain compliance with all HIPAA and all other security/privacy policies as required by HCCA.
What we look for
Bachelor's degree in NURSING
Active PRC Nursing license
With Coding Certificate (AAPC or AHIMA)
At least 1 year of coding experience
Technical expertise must be demonstrated in ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM codes
Excellent communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Willing to work in BGC Taguig in shifting schedule
