Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for internal use.
Conduct tax planning and preparation for the organization, including analyzing tax implications of business decisions.
Provide financial and tax advice to the organization, including recommending tax-saving strategies and investment opportunities.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies for internal reporting purposes.
Participate in audits and other assurance engagements.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to the organization.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, accounting standards, and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA license required.
At least 3-5 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with tax and accounting software preferred.
