Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Processing: Take charge of the end-to-end process of Philippine visa applications and renewals for employees and stakeholders.
Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient business processes, optimal resource allocation, and streamlined workflows.
Financial Oversight: Leverage your CPA background to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Property Management: Manage operations of mid-rise to high-rise office, commercial, and residential properties, including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance coordination.
Sales and Marketing: Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a small team to ensure high performance, smooth operations, and achievement of key operational goals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement operational initiatives and provide leadership and support to staff.
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Proven experience in processing Philippine visa applications (work, tourist, etc.) for foreign nationals.
Experience in managing mid-rise to high-rise office, commercial, and residential properties is a strong advantage.
Sales and Marketing experience is an added benefit to help drive company growth.
MBA or MSc in Finance is highly preferred, enhancing your financial and strategic decision-making abilities.
