About the Job
Responsible for reviewing patient records (OASIS) and codifying results for reimbursement or payment purposes.
Responsible for abstracting, coding, and sequencing the classification of medical and surgical procedures, diagnosis, and treatment modalities on Home Health Episodes
Reviewing appropriate provider documentation to determine principal diagnosis, co-morbidities and complications, secondary conditions, and significant procedures.
Selecting the latest, most accurate and descriptive codes from the listings of International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10 CM/PCS) For Home Health
 
What we look for
Active PRC Nursing license
HCS-D, HCS-O or BCHH-C medical coding certification
At least 1 year of of medical coding or OASIS review experience
An excellent communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
