CD Billing Team LeadKey Responsibilities1. Governance of CD budgets, spends and billings2. Use of data for budget and spend analysis enabling better use of CD moneys3. Acts as the first level support for CD and suppliers for Budgets / Billings concerns, addressing their concerns and connecting them to the right partner as needed.4. Regular engagement with budget holders and stakeholders on the that status of their spends, phasing, addressing their concerns and connecting them to the right finance partners as needed.6. Ensures that all budgets are raised, monitored, and spends are within budget7. Ensures Budget Dashboards are updated and available for relevant audience8. Regular alignment with CD Finance and stakeholders to process budget accrual & post accrual as needed.Qualifications
At least 3 years as Team Lead and 6 years in Billing
Accounting / Finance background (CPA a plus)
Bias for action / results oriented
Passion for excellence in performance
Above Average Excel Skills
Good analytical skills
Can speak the local language and has good communication skills
Preferably with knowledge in dashboards using excel and Power BI
