Job Description : This is a new senior management role within the CB Business Support Management (BSM) Manila organization and will provide management and site leadership for all 3 Centers of Excellence - Office Management, Expense Utility and the A Job Description : This is a new senior management role within the CB Business Support Management (BSM) Manila organization and will provide management and site leadership for all 3 Centers of Excellence - Office Management, Expense Utility and the Administrative Concierge Team ('ACT'). The Expense Utility is a new group being established and ACT is an ongoing expansion over the next 24 months. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong track record in successful people, business and project leadership across several areas of expertise. The ideal candidate will have strong HR experience and highly effective communication and relationship building performance with all organizational levels. Additionally, the candidate will be well versed with matrix leadership and will report to a manager in the United States. This individual will also be a member of the Commercial Banking Manila Senior Leadership Team Key responsibilities for this role: Site lead for BSM, ensuring location services deliver superior performance through a culture of customer focus, operational excellence and continuous innovation. Drive the strategic priorities and programs for Manila BSM in partnership with the BSM Senior Leadership Team. This includes: ACT: the ongoing expansion program and direct management of ACT in partnership with team managers inclusive of recruiting, training, coverage resourcing, performance metrics and compensation strategy Expense Processing and Office Management Teams: development of the appropriate controls, reporting and QC process required Stakeholder management: effectively manage the Global needs of the LOBs supported, working with various US leaders to proactively assess needs, and determine appropriate solutions for the best in class support Other responsibilities to include: Inclusion in any of the Philippine strategic campus projects Driving DE&I programs on site and as a participant of the CB BSM leadership team The ideal candidate will possess the following: A minimum of 10+ years of senior level administrative or other functional management experience, preferably in a large financial services organization. HR background and/or experience would be beneficial Partnership mentality- collaborative and team oriented Professional leadership: excels at motivating both individual and team performance -- fosters collaboration and recognizes accomplishments A strong track record in successful people, business, and project leadership at both a national and international level Drive for Excellence- Consistently seeks to exceed expectations and demonstrates continuous improvement in service levels and general performance/process productivity Prior international and matrix leadership experience Exceptional communication skills: confident, organized and clear - can effectively interact with all organizational levels Strong presentation skills and fluency in Excel and PPT -- autonomous ability to create appropriate KPI's and metrics and develop related reporting materials strong acumen for data and analytics focusing on lucas Exceptional judgment, decision making, problem solving and influencing skills. Ability to act with a sense of urgency and ability to escalate timely should the situation warrant it Control orientation - Enforces a dynamic control/ compliance environment and continually mitigates risk in business processes. Works with an appropriate level of independence to solve issues and escalates timely to the appropriate internal constituents Product Management: define the business requirements and guide development prioritizations for applicable tool builds (e.g., Workflow Management Tool) - a key understanding of data capture and reporting will be necessary Project Management: ability to methodically guide cross functional teams for optimal results (office management/expense utility) Strong technology and process proficiency with knowledge of workflow and capacity management a plus
