Description of the Office Management (OM) Function:
Office Management ("OM") is a function within Business Support Management (BSM). OM is accountable for the processing and controls in support of employee movement, asset and application provisioning and real estate moves. The team works closely with respective business managers, senior management and all related support groups (Business Management, Finance, HR, Real Estate, Compliance, Technology, etc.)
This position will directly support CB Credit Risk globally. The candidate will partner with the broader team of CB OM's and work directly with a Credit Risk OM in the U.S. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated leadership and communication skills, have excellent project management and Excel skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of senior management. Strong knowledge of the Commercial Bank Credit Risk business processes and internal partners will be an advantage.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage and seamlessly execute end to end white glove onboarding to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for Credit Risk new joiners.
Provision technology hardware, applications and market data
Perform a broad range of operational and control functions such as maintenance of floor plans, execution of real estate moves, manage technology asset capture and provide general white glove trouble shooting support for the business
Process off boarding, transfers and relocations
Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate a wide range of projects and daily work as required.
Address performance successes and concerns with Sr.OM
Enforce a strong control/ compliance environment and continually identify ways to mitigate risk in the daily work
Position Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
3-5 years of related experience
Client service mindset. Recognized as a natural leader, coach, mentor and valued partner to all constituents
Strong institutional knowledge of the CB
Effective interpersonal, communication and influence skills with all organizational levels. Able to work effectively under pressure
Excellent judgment, professionalism and maintains confidential information
Exceptional organization, problem solving and process improvement skills
Highly proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through all tasks to ensure closure
Consistently role modeling the firm's values and code of conduct
Focus on controls and mitigating risk factors
Project management skills to lead an initiative or play a support role on the broader team
Proactive in change management, looking for new ways to enhance the process
Strong command of MS office suite of products
