ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Case Coordinator to be part of our team.
He/She will contribute to positive outcomes of claims by diligently monitoring progress and working closely with the client, attorneys, and various external offices to coordinate information and ensure delivery of required actions at every stage
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and efficiently monitor time-sensitive multiple claims
Maintain a thorough understanding of each individual case, including its status, documents, and actions required for the claim
Work closely with the appropriate Social Security field office and assigned examiner to seek updates for assigned claims, uncover issues preventing claims from progressing, and determine requirements for resolution
Work closely with US case managers on the review of claims, denials, appeals, or representation withdrawal by providing accurate data and clear and comprehensive case background
Requirements
Educational background in legal studies is preferred
At least two (2) years of work experience in the BPO Industry
Comfortable with technology like MS office applicants and internet browsing
Can demonstrate excellent verbal and strong written business English skills
