The Operations Coordinator will coordinate and oversee key projects related to carrier cost savings, quality optimization, rate updates, number inventory, number migrations and invoice reconciliation. The Operations Coordinator will need to be a great team player as you will work across many teams including, Provisioning, Local Number Portability, Sales, Billing, Network Operations, and Support. The Operations Coordinator will need excellent organizational skills and have an eye for detail as well as strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
● Track/manage/coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
● Create/manage large Excel data files, reporting and generate ad-hoc reports
● Manage and resolve the day-to-day telephone number supply and demand issues
● Communicate with our underlying carriers to gather relevant project related data
● Assist with internal telephone number migrations
● Assist in identifying growth trends and projections for telephone number inventory
● Update/monitor operational reports as needed
● Assist with database cleanup projects
● Assist with regulatory compliance projects for international customers
● Additional duties as needs of the business dictate
Qualifications
● Superior MS Office skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
● Ability to coordinate and manage multiple complex projects at once.
● AA in Finance/Accounting or 2-5 years or related work experience
● Ability to use critical thinking to identify root cause of issues and determine effective resolution
● Ability to skillfully manage multiple tasks
● Excellent organizational skills attention to detail
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
● Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Google Suite
● Maintain flexible hours and work overtime as business needs require
