This allows their treatment teams to address and help heal all areas of clients' lives- including relational and movement-related challenges that often go untreated with traditional ED care models.With in-person programs in California, Alabama, and Missouri, and virtual programs that serve clients across the U.S., their compassionate team of eating disorder treatment professionals is committed to meeting each unique client where they are in their recovery journey. Care Advocates are responsible for communicating with clients who have utilized our evaluator app and helping the wider Growth Team to meet departmental sales goals. As the first point of contact for potential clients, the care advocate facilitates a crucial step in moving potential clients into the admissions process and coordinating with the Admissions Counselor on a warm hand-off. This position engages in a significant amount of outbound lead communication, as well as inbound communication. This position is ideal for entry-level behavioral health and sales-minded professionals. Management of inbound lead volume via our self-evaluator app Manage the lead volume through Chats, Inbound and Outbound sources Following up with potential clients with pre-determined outbound communication Re-engagement efforts to the database lead to foster movement in the admissions process and share information on the Client brand and treatment options Opportunity Development: work within a database of potential clients and in the reception of marketing qualified leads to accomplish the following goals Determine viability of the lead as a potential client for Client programming Create an inquiry in salesforce for an Admissions Counselor to follow up on and initiate the sales cycle if the lead is determined to be viable Coordinate with appropriate Admissions Counselors for follow up and next steps Enhance viability of early stage leads and generate increased conversion to inquiry Other duties as assigned Requirements 1 to 3 years experience in SALES, preferably, Inbound, Outbound and Chat Blended accounts Strong ability to creatively problem-solve quickly Conversion (sales) minded with an ability to work with a sense of urgency Healthcare sales background preferred not required Ability to manage process, contain crisis, and work with a system with many moving parts Skilled at authentic compassionate communication and an ability to instill motivation in a potential client. Ability to work remotely Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Computer Skills - Must have general knowledge of PCs and be proficient in a Windows environment. Requires ability to access and update information in a computer system Interpersonal/Computer Skills - Must be able to read, write and speak fluently and effectively in English Other Skills and Abilities - Good written and oral communication skills.
