We're looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our dynamic work environment where fun meets results!A Campaign Administrator operates various campaigns: Voice, SMS, Email, Chat, IVC and IVR. This involves communication with internal Operational and Support Staff, in addition to external such as Clients and/or Vendors. The Campaign Administrator will monitor and review campaigns making adjustments where required, in addition to the deployment and administration of new campaigns. The Campaign Administrator is also responsible for being able to perform initial troubleshooting to support the Helpdesk. The campaign administrator will provide tier 1 support for our various CRM systems. Campaign administrator may at times be tasked to work on projects or special assignments in support of the campaign Architect team or other IT Business units and/or project teams as required.troubleshooting to support the Helpdesk.What You'll Do:Monitor campaigns for all channels including inbound/outbound voice, SMS, email and automated alerts in real time, to identify issues, and liaison with IT/Mission Control/Operations in order to adjust where needed for client service fulfillment and strategiesWatch campaign for metrics including idle time, number of agents and adjust pacing as required for volumeManage which lists are being targeted, leads by time zone, callbacks scheduled vs. fresh leads, and filter in/out where neededCommunicates with clients and vendors, internal support and operations teams, escalated issues with urgency as neededReview and recommend adjustments to redial logic and attemptsIdentify and support helpdesk with desktop, dialer and network issuesReview reports to understand and manage list exhaust, project dialing hours remaining before list is done, and advise where we need to shift agentsPerform list analysis, contact wise and provide feedback/suggestion to applicable staff to include in performance analyticsProject dialing hours when new lists are received based on previous 3 lists of trendingWork with Operations to helping identify campaign leakage for continued operation and business improvementChampion company core values and other company programsOther duties as assignedIND01What We're Looking For:EducationDegree in Information TechnologyExperienceMinimum six months successful experience in an agent role in the Company, or equivalent experience outside of the CompanyIT experience of at least 6 months would be beneficialGood communication skillsWhy Join Us?Growth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for career advancement.Comprehensive Training: We offer extensive paid training to ensure you're equipped for success.Team-Oriented Culture: Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with peers who are passionate about what they do.Diversity & Inclusion: We celebrate the unique perspectives and contributions of all our employees.Fun Workplace: Join a vibrant team that knows how to have fun!
