KEY FUNCTIONS
Reviews/ audits sampling of Dreams Fulfillment Officer calls
Reports results of evaluations to appropriate Business stakeholders
Participates in internal quality audits (e.g. periodic audits of existing processes to determine process control and efficiencies) designed to improve overall contact quality and recommend changes
Support management focus on review of key drivers and operational processes
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Assurance or equivalent
Preferaby with related experience working in a Local BPO/ Call Center
Can speak either of the following languages-Ilocano, Ilonggo, Pangasinense, Bicolano, Bisaya, Cebuano, Waray, Kapampangan, Chavacano
