Position Summary
A day in the life of...
Work closely with Strategic Buyers and provide accurate and timely support on going key activities
Contract Creation - creating contracts in the system and sending the final approved PDF
Contract Modification - contract changing based on received information from buyers
Contract Reporting - Prepare periodic and on demand reports concerning expired contracts, missed items in agreement, quantity check etc. based on the information extracted from SAP BW (Business Warehouse).
CLM Contract management - creating and changing contracts in CLM system and follow up
Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices.
Participate in monitoring of the performance service level agreements (SLA's) and indicators of services (KPI's)
Participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement
What will make you successful
College graduate or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in working with SAP system a plus
Has demonstrated the ability to work with others as a team player
