About the role
The Unit Head is expected to put up his/her own financial services business. In doing so, he/she will build and lead a team of Financial Advisors working towards one goal - empower people to live better lives. The primary duty of the Unit Head is to continuously recruit Financial Advisors and develop them to become masters of Financial Needs Analysis. Exciting income opportunities through overrides and bonuses await the successful Unit Head candidates. Moreover, a developmental fund in the form of monthly allowances can also be provided.

At least 2 years of sales management experience
College graduate
