About the Role:
Business Support Manager manages a team who leads diverse support functions and or operations / production oversight for multiple units /department within a business group
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manages a team who leads diverse support functions and/or operations/production oversight for a single business group within a line of business. Functions managed may include: policy/procedure administration and adherence, systems/change initiatives, business continuity planning, legal and regulatory adherence, SLA negotiation/development, reporting and analysis, project funding, pipeline, process improvement, quality management, MBO development, communications, financial control/budgeting oversight (example: monitoring business expenses) and/or team member processing (example: planning focal review).
Presents to executive management on business performance and recommends strategies to implement changes and improvements.
May support and drive strategic initiatives for the business. Generally has full management responsibility over a team that includes higher level individual contributors and/or may include managers.
Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications:
College Graduate or 4 year college degree holder or higher
Currently a level 2 or level 3 manager
