The function is accountable for the following activities:
Perform, as directed and needed by Segment Management, adhoc data analysis and research Maintain and update monthly and quarterly segment data tools / dashboards Support Segment Management with tactical data needs (data merging, matching, formatting etc.) in support larger, complex analyses Produce useful insights and valuable information from various raw data sources Maintain superior knowledge of advanced analytical techniques Translate complex data and related information into concise presentation materials Identify ways to streamline / automate data collection and presentation Design and maintain processes for measurement, tracking and reporting Address escalations and provide mentorship to colleagues as needed Using a variety of statistical techniques and software, provide effective data based recommendations Identify and implement new systems and processes that will enable the department to work more efficiently Communicate effectively and professionally with customer and colleagues
