This position exists to provide a high level of customer service through direct interaction with internal customers by providing specialized analytical and reporting support. Responds to and fulfills requests for data analysis and reporting in a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications:
1. Associates degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience in a business or sales environment analyzing data, writing queries, and developing reporting solutions.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to relate information into actionable recommendations to optimize sales, marketing, and business initiatives.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Proven customer service skills and strong customer focus required.
6. Ability to learn various internal customer, sales tools, and related applications
7. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the sales organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust.
8. Ability to take direction and work independently yet is able to work in a team-driven atmosphere.
9. Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS SQL
10. Preferably with background in Tableau
11. Willing to work on morning or night shift
