Business Intelligence Manager- CP Execution Excellence
The Business Intelligence Manager within the Customer Proposition Execution Excellence team will manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of business data via Microsoft's Power Platform, Tableau, and other tools. This role will partner with the proposition teams to create and drive accurate reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support and achieve their business objectives
Responsibilities / Accountabilities
This role is expected to create and manage systems and workflows for the tracking of milestones and deliverables for the customer proposition teams. This will include maintaining live dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and cyclical reports
Tasked to review existing deliverables reports and create actionable analysis to be presented to the Proposition management at the BOTs and BLTs
Develop and maintain the data models and pipelines that underpin our dashboards and reports
Simplify and automate the processes by which we gather input and updates from across the organization
Perform ad-hoc analysis and reports upon request
Help drive outcomes by ensuring that all actionable items for Product Management, Sales and Proposition teams are executed and outcomes are properly tracked.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and data models for effective execution tracking and reporting in the business health dashboards
Create robust reports/dashboards that would help each BOT and BLT to drive changes
Qualifications
Proven track record in Reporting, Analytics and Business Intelligence
Previous experience with reporting tools and technology (Power BI, Power Query, Dataflows, Power Apps, Business Objects, Tableau, Tableau Prep, MS SQL, Salesforce, Snowflake)
Excellent planning, administration and organization skills
Expert level MS Excel and VBA (including the ability to apply advanced formulas & macros)
MS Excel Power Query experience is a plus
SQL skills (ability to write, design and execute SQL queries)
Python experience is a plus
Passion for automation and efficiency
Interested in data technologies and best practices
High level of initiative, dynamism and drive
Good relationship builder and influencer
Proven analytical skills
Proven understanding of processes and methods of working
Strong interpersonal skills with all level of staff
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic (able to respond to changing priorities) and able to work with minimal supervision (commitment to deliver to agreed timescales)
