We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a BI Developer, you will work closely with senior members of the team to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about data analytics and looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of business intelligence.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to assist in designing and developing scalable and efficient data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.
Support the development and implementation of data integration workflows to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Create visually appealing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
Help optimize the performance of queries and data retrieval processes to ensure fast and reliable access to information.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics technologies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for business intelligence solutions.
Collaborate with senior team members to continuously improve and optimize existing business intelligence solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any field.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Basic understanding of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with data.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members.
Any experience or coursework in data analysis or programming languages is a plus.
