Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to Marketing budget
Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production
Provides feedback on market trends and keep updated with client relationships and overall business goals
Scout and develop new accounts - Maximizes upselling opportunities whenever possible
Account Management:
Liaises closely with team in proposing the best deal when handling leads / inquiries (pricing strategy, special requirements) in order to convert the leads to business
Liaises with clients on finalizing orders and give professional advice on product substitution to maximize available items on hand and recommends solutions to any customers
Responsible for the dissemination of Order Slip, Sales Order, Stocks Movement Report to concerned department like Warehouse and Logistics, through coordination with Sales Admin Assistant
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communication or equivalent
Experience : At least 3 years of experience as Sales Executive, Business Development Officer or equivalent, proven Account Management skills with an extensive net-work.
Qualifications : Exceptional written and oral communications skills, Ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals and clients, Knowledge of sales/frozen meat importation principles and practices preferred, Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information in the sales/marketing field and make logical conclusions and recommendations, Ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills as well as impeccable associate and customer relations, Excellent organizational and time management skills.
