Administration
• Submission weekly performance monitoring report or workplan particularly in businesses near high traffic areas (schools, hospitals, malls)
• Submit and prepare monthly workplan with target potential clients
• Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that may occur during the partnership and maintain a positive and healthy relationship with the client (i.e contract renewal or billing submits month end reports to AOM)
Monitoring and Control
• Ensures that all contracts are renewed on time
• Oversees overall sales performance of clients
• Issue reminders to inactive accounts
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the pharmacy retail business so all other concerns the client may inquire will be addressed immediately
Planning and Organizing
• Ensures that monthly sales target is achieved
• Ensures competency of subordinates through proper coaching and counseling
• Detect opportunities for potential partnership within the pharmaceutical industries and tapping them for an initial discussion
• Develop and establish rapport with new and current corporate clients
• Support, organize, and implement SouthStar Drug's program like Health fair, vaccination programs, and other CSR activities.
Communication and Coordination
• Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that may occur during the partnership and maintain a positive and health relationship with the client
• Facilitates meetings between the corporate accounts and clients (initial discussion, renewal, and other concerns)
• Target of 5 trade account clients and at least 2 Corporate Account clients (30-day terms) per month
• This will translate in at least additional Php 150K - 200K in sales per month
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1 year of experience in being Liaison
• He or she must be good in communication skill
• Ability to establish relationships with other professionals
• Willing to do FIELDWORK
Schedule:
• 3 days field work
• 2 days Head office (Monday and Thursday)- required to have at least 1 day per week to report in head office for alignment
