Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new clients and managing relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive sales experience, excellent networking skills, and the ability to work independently to drive business growth.
 
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in the health care sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs for call services, back-office administration, and billing and filing.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in BPO services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the optometry or healthcare BPO industry or the like.
Extensive network within the optometry or healthcare sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
