Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new businesses for Airspeed International Corporation (AIC). They shall cover the end-to-end process of client onboarding (client prospecting, presentation, process integration, and client servicing).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and explores new opportunities by identifying new clients and closing new businesses.
Negotiates the terms and conditions with the clients.
Develops the preliminary operations plan for the clients and coordinates it with the concerned departments.
Re-evaluates the existing processes and identify if there are areas that can be improved to increase the efficiency of the business.
Attends to the needs of the clients as needed.
establishes and maintains good relationships with clients.
Ensures that all information submitted by the client is properly managed according to AIC's Information Security Policy.
Develops client base.
Develops growth strategies and plans.
Researches business opportunities and viable income streams.
Monitors local and international industry trends and identifies which among these trends can become a business opportunity for AIC.
Prepares and submits required reports on time.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year business course
5 years of experience in the logistics industry
Preferably knowledgeable in import and export
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Attentive to details
