Synopsis of Role
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, strategizing marketing efforts and lead generation.
Drive all coworking spaces, room/kitchen/studio rentals, courses and professional events at Enderun Coworking, Estancia
Essential Functions
Achieve a revenue target covering Estancia targets in coworking spaces, room/kitchen/studio rentals, courses and professional events.
Address operational requirements of the client by coordinating closely with academics and the operations team.
Oversee program execution is seamless, timely and of high quality.
Maintain an updated knowledge of the company's goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.
Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets.
Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base.
Work with other sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings, lead generating events, info sessions, corporate meetings, partnership meetings.
Go out on sales calls at least 2x a week to ensure the database and sales pipeline are healthy.
Dress up professionally according to company's requirements
Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase
Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of a company
Work closely and harmoniously with other departments (e.g. Academics, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to execute programs, marketing campaigns, events
Other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field
At least 2 to 3 years experience in business development and sales field
Experience in real estate industry will be an advantage

The role is subjected to a typical office setting involving a suitable work environment and the following physical activities - sit at work station (potentially for long hours), use of computer and other electronic devices, walk around the office premises and interact with various employees, sit in meetings internally and travel off site to external clients. The role will also require off-site work visiting partners and communities.

44 work hours per week (8 hours per day Monday-Saturday). Willing to extend hours when needed and can work under minimum supervision. Mall hours- shifts (time in and out) to be discussed by the immediate supervisor
