Providing Daily and Weekly Status report of Business Dev Team
Comfortable working with MS Office tools and Google Suite to maintain, update and add to the existing leads database as part of KPI.
Assist with day to day tasks, including maintaining calendar(s), preparation of reports, spreadsheets, presentations and travel arrangements, and schedule meetings
Working with the Business Dev team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company
Maintaining company database of projects, proposal texts, consultants and partners
Developing & enhancing internal systems for communication of the Business Dev Team
Creating and fostering relationships with potential clients, partners and associates
Providing Sales Support to the Business Dev team
Work closely with Marketing and Creative team to develop quality marketing materials that will help in sales and marketing initiatives.
Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in business development associate role / leads generation specialist or similar profession catering to enterprise solutions industry.
